Problem: Police beat geographies are redrawn very infrequently. As towns grow and change, distribution of workload can be uneven.
Solution: Application enables a user to manually adjust police beat geography at will - for the purpose of distributing workload as evenly as possible.
Rapid prototype experiment for public safety workload balancing touch app.
